Harvard Business School Reviews
"If you get in," it's
"the only B-School to go to"
say graduates, impressed with the
"extemely smart" students,
"sincerely good" instruction,
and
"respect" that Harvard MBAs seem to
"automatically" command.

I started HBS in 1992, and graduated on schedule, in 1994.
The main reason that I'm glad I went
is that people in business seem to automatically afford you a certain level of respect
if you have an MBA from Harvard.
The second reason I I'm glad I went is that there's a lot of extremely smart
people there, so you're put in a situation where you're forced to get pretty clever pretty quickly.
The third reason I went is that the instruction is sincerely good,
although this varies widely by discipline.
We had a course on management communication that was useless.
Several of the other courses seemed cobbled together from disparate fields in a way that made no sense.
But make no mistake - this is the only B-School to go to if you get in. |
